Citizens Defending Freedom is comprised of two distinct nonprofit structures: Citizens Defending Freedom USA Foundation, Inc., and Citizens Defending Freedom USA, Inc.

 

 

Citizens Defending Freedom USA Foundation, Inc. is a nonprofit educational organization that is exempt from federal taxation under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Its principal purpose is public advocacy. Your contribution to Citizens Defending Freedom Foundation is deductible as a charitable contribution for federal income tax purposes. Please consult your tax advisor for more details. 

 

 

Citizens Defending Freedom USA, Inc. is a nonprofit corporation that is exempt from federal taxation under section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code. Citizens Defending Freedom may receive unlimited contributions from any source. Although Citizens Defending Freedom may occasionally receive designated contributions to support specific projects, it does not solicit or accept contributions designated to support or oppose candidates for public office. Citizens Defending Freedom is not legally required to publicly disclose its contributors and, as a matter of policy, it does not voluntarily disclose them. The IRS does not allow contributions to Citizens Defending Freedom to be deducted as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Please consult your tax advisor for more details.
