COMBAT THE MISUSE OF TITLE IX IN OUR SCHOOLS

Recently, a number of federal agencies including the U.S. Department of Education and the U.S. Department of Justice, among others, have issued guidelines on Title IX, which prohibits sex-based discrimination. The guidelines seek to broaden the language of Title IX's text to include sexual orientation and gender identity as protected categories.
