COMBATIR EL MAL USO DEL TƍTULO IX EN NUESTRAS ESCUELAS

Recientemente, varias agencias federales, incluidos el Departamento de EducaciĆ³n y el Departamento de Justicia de EE. UU., entre otros, han emitido directrices sobre el TĆ­tulo IX, que prohĆ­be la discriminaciĆ³n basada en el sexo. Las directrices buscan ampliar el lenguaje del texto del TĆ­tulo IX para incluir la orientaciĆ³n sexual y la identidad de gĆ©nero como categorĆ­as protegidas.
